I hope for you you didn't go over all changes line-by-line:
 1089 files changed, 151811 insertions(+), 82910 deletions(-)

You're debdiff was so large, that your request didn't reach our lists.
At the very least, could you please filter out stuff like Documentation,
translations and tests? And verify yourself that that looks sane. Please
read our FAQ [1] and see if you can answer the questions we raise there
about new upstream releases.

We prefer to *not* use testing-proposed-updates and in all cases where
we won't accept the new upstream release we ask maintainers to rather
revert the new upstream release such that we can get the changes via
unstable. testing-proposed-updates is nearly exclusively used for
no-change uploads where versioned dependencies are picked up that can't
migrate to testing.
