security stated, that ircii might not qualify to be released with
bullseye (see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=987537#10).
I think I would leave it up to Daniel, who did the QA upload, if it's
worth to work on this. If nobody is caring about ircii in bullseye, we
should close this bug here.

I will go to work in this, but I'm not sure how is the best way in the case. Could you give a orientation? I think I can't make a complete debdiff because in version unstable I bumped debhelper to 13 and this change is not accepted at this stage of the release.
