After disabling the ghostscript handled formats in policy.xml for
imagemagick (following what was done in stable already with DSA 4712-1
/ imagemagick 8:6.9.10.23+dfsg-2.1+deb10u1) the autopkgtests of
imagemagick itself fail because they use 'convert rose: pdf:/dev/null'
in part of the tests.

Those need to be adjusted as well, and was a fallout of the previous
done upload done as 8:6.9.11.60+dfsg-1.2.
