I thought that "hard freeze" in effect since March 12th required unblock request for _all_ packages - not sure how I missed that: When I now read (again, did it multiple times previously) the text is clear and I have no ideas how it might be improved. Sorry for this needless bugreport. Also, thanks for pointing out the arch-specific tests, I had forgotten about those.
