Fistly thank you for quick response.

In unstable there is python3-dnspython in version 2.0.0-1 which has this patch already included.

So, unstable has it *fixed already*.

I've just  taken this tiny fix and patched buster 1.16.0-1 version.

The metadata of that bug indicates that it also affects the package in
unstable and is not yet fixed there. Is that correct? If so, the issue
needs to be fixed in unstable first; otherwise, please add an
appropriate "fixed" version so that the BTS knows which versions are
actually affected.
