nmu gcc-11_11-20210207-1 . ANY . experimental . -m "rebuild with downgraded binutils"

binutils was downgraded from 2.36 to 2.35. As a consequence, sections
with the "R" flag are no longer supported, but gcc still generates them.
The compilation of the following program fails:

    __attribute__((used)) int i;

A binNMU will make gcc-11 detect the absence of this feature.

I request urgently handling this issue as gcc-11 is presently completely
broken.

Helmut
