Hi,

I'd like to update nvidia-graphics-drivers in buster again to a new upstream
release from the Tesla 418 series to fix CVE-2021-1056.

This driver release is also available as
  src:nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-418
in sid (and soon bullseye and buster-backports).

Again, it comes with some packaging changes (but not as many as in
previous pu requests):
- overhaul and simplify handling of patches for the kernel modules
and building the kernel module source and dkms packages
- test at package build time whether the patches can be applied to
  the kernel module source
- introduce the libnvidia-cfg.so.1 versioned virtual package
- reorganize the changelog (splitting/adding UNRELEASED entries
corresponding to uploads of the legacy and tesla branches) for
  easier diffing between branches
- documentation and metadata updates

These changes are well tested in sid, bullseye and buster-backports
and I'd like to include them in buster, too, in order to minimize the
diff between the different branches being maintained.

Andreas
