nmu sa-exim_4.2.1-19 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against current exim localscan ABI. (See #981398)"

That is necessary to let sa-exim work again in sid and bulleye. The
wrong Provides of exim4-daemon-light in bullseye (#981399) allow
installation of sa-exim, but it does not work. Current exim4 fixes this.
