Dear release team,

I would like to request a transition slot for actor-framework, changing
the binary packages as follows:

- libcaf-core0.16.3 -> libcaf-core0.17
- libcaf-io0.16.3 -> libcaf-io0.17
- libcaf-openssl0.16.3 -> libcaf-openssl0.17

Affected packages are broker and bro. Package broker builds just fine
with the actor-framework/0.17.5-1 packages currently in experimental.
Package bro is currently broken in unstable but will be updated with the
zeek package (also in experimental, builds fine) right after the
transition.
