Hi,

I'd like to update debian-security-support in buster to 2020.04.16~deb10u3,
mostly to be able to upload 2020.04.16~deb9u3 to stretch and keep the version
constraints between releases met.

The changes are trivial and only document changes in security support in stretch
and jessie:

$ debdiff debian-security-support_2020.04.16~deb10u2.dsc debian-security-support_2020.06.21~deb10u3.dsc | diffstat
dpkg-source: Warnung: unsigniertes Quellpaket wird extrahiert (/home/user/Projects/debian-security-support/debian-security-support_2020.06.21~deb10u3.dsc)
 debian/changelog            |   43 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++---
 security-support-ended.deb8 |   11 +++++++++++
 security-support-ended.deb9 |    2 ++
 3 files changed, 53 insertions(+), 3 deletions(-)

And this is the full debdiff:

$ debdiff debian-security-support_2020.04.16~deb10u2.dsc debian-security-support_2020.06.21~deb10u3.dsc
dpkg-source: Warnung: unsigniertes Quellpaket wird extrahiert (/home/user/Projects/debian-security-support/debian-security-support_2020.06.21~deb10u3.dsc)

(For the future I plan to change the version numbering scheme so that for example
the package in stretch can be updated without updating the one in buster. But this
requires an epoch and thus discussing this on -debian-devel first. It's also a
change I only plan to make for buster and newer releases.)

Thanks for your work on point releases!
