I was able to rebuild the involved haskell packages locally. Depending
on the state of the ghc transition, we might need to binNMU those in tpu
to complete the tranistion. As nettle is smooth-updatable, this
isn't a blocker, though.

Could you file the removal bug for lsh-utils?

In any case, feel free to go ahead with the upload to unstable.
