Dear Release team,

We (the Qt maintainers) are almost ready to start a transition for the
new major Qt version: 5.14.2 instead of 5.12.5.

It is not the latest release, but we consider 5.14.2 to be more stable
than 5.15.0.

As usual, we have two sub-transitions:

title = "qtbase-opensource-src";
is_affected = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-12-5" | .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-14-2";
is_good = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-14-2";
is_bad = .depends ~ "qtbase-abi-5-12-5";

and

title = "qtdeclarative-opensource-src";
is_affected = .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-12-5" | .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-14-2";
is_good = .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-14-2";
is_bad = .depends ~ "qtdeclarative-abi-5-12-5";

At the same time, qbs will be updated to 1.16.0 (only qtcreator is affected).

Right now there are two blocking bugs: fix for one of them is in the deferred
queue, the other one is blocked by another qgis FTBFS (#962641) but I hope
it will be fixed soon.

Everything migrated:

qtbase-opensource-src        | 5.14.2+dfsg-4 | testing    | source
qtdeclarative-opensource-src | 5.14.2+dfsg-2 | testing    | source

Cheers
