Thanks Emilio. Antonio already did a binary upload for ruby-pgplot and I
filed bugs against those packages which are failing to build:

* libprelude -> #954785 (it includes a patch)

* subversion -> #951893 (actually this is a bug with the new swig 4 but
I attached a patch to the bug to make it build with swig 3 which also
fixes our problem)

* uwsgi -> #954787 (it includes a patch)

* weechat -> #954789 (it includes a patch)

I'd like to ask you to rebuild src:passenger on armel and armhf, and
src:vim on ppc64el and s390x. In Ubuntu I rebuilt those packages without
changes and they worked fine.
