For stuff that isn't flaky (and my be resolved in one or two retries) or
is really unrelated but still will not resolve itself (like the current
situation with gpsd and gcc-*/glibc/systemd) I don't mind these bugs, as
it's a place where we can discuss what needs to be done. As always with
bug reports, when one provides context and what already has been
investigated is much appreciated. It can happen that excepting a real
regression is even better than blocking the package (e.g. for security
updates in some cases)
