A new APT is coming. Most stuff just is going to need binNMUs, except for the one on:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?users=deity@lists.debian.org;tag=apt-1.9.0;tag=apt-1.9.11

Ben auto-apt says there are a few collisions, e.g. ruby via ruby-debian, but then it does seem
at least that ruby-debian already migrated.

libept (building libept1.6.0) is currently in NEW.

Ben file:

title = "apt";
is_affected = .depends ~ /libapt-pkg5.0/libapt-inst/ | .depends ~ "libept1.5.0" | .depends ~ "libapt-pkg6.0" | .depends ~ "libept1.6.0";
is_good = .depends ~ "libapt-pkg6.0" | .depends ~ "libept1.6.0";
is_bad = .depends ~ /libapt-pkg5.0/libapt-inst/ | .depends ~ "libept1.5.0";

This is finished now; closing.
