I didn't say that, but I said "If the submitter [Javier Serrano Polo]
wasn't banned from Debian lists, ...".  This implies that I would not
recommend discussing it on debian-devel@ to Javier Serrano Polo as
Javier Serrano Polo is banned on Debian mailing lists, so bugs are
unlikely to get any answer anyway.  I also didn't recommend filing bug
reports against the "general" pseudo-package (which you then did,
possibly because you are aware that you are banned on Debian lists).

If you want a more specific recommendation: I would recommend not
sending mails to Debian mailing lists if you are banned on them.  This
includes filing bugs that end up forwarded to said mailing lists.
