Now, according to https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/enchant-2.html , package xenur ( https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/xneur ) is the last package that (build-)depends on enchant(1). This package has been under FTBFS status due to GCC-10 since July and was removed in Testing. I believe we can make some early move and remove enchant(1) from Sid (and natually Testing) now. Alexander: if you still need enchant(1) these months, please let me know; this removal can be postponed till December 2020 (but will surely happen after that). Otherwise I am looking into opening a RM bug against FTP Masters about 1 week later and finally finish this longlasting transition. Let me know if you have any comments. -- Regards, Boyuan Yang
