Package libcpuid just went through NEW and the amd64 binary was not
built on buildd. This binNMU would rebuild binary on buildd.

nmu libcpuid_0.5.0+repack1-1 . amd64 . unstable . -m "Rebuild on buildd"

Scheduled everywhere because it has MA: same binaries.
