 For ICU the biggest barrier is Chromium. It's FTBFS component has a
patch, but don't know how to apply that into the Chromium embedded
one. Last but not least it has thirty-eight (yes, 38!) open security
issues in Sid and its maintainer seems to be missing for almost three
months. Should it be removed from the archives?

 Might help, but I let a Release Manager answer that.
