#959201 were unintentional ABI changes in libyaml-cpp0.6
that are now reverted.

Some packages were built against the package with the broken ABI
and should be binNMUed:

# seem affected
# have binary dependencies on libyaml-cpp0.6 (>= 0.6.3)
nmu pdns_4.3.0-4 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild with yaml-cpp with bug 959201 fixed"
nmu rivet_1.8.3-3 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild with yaml-cpp with bug 959201 fixed"

# better safe than sorry
# were built with one of the broken yaml-cpp versions
nmu horizon-eda_1.1.0-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild with yaml-cpp with bug 959201 fixed"
nmu librime_1.5.3+dfsg1-5 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild with yaml-cpp with bug 959201 fixed"
