Couldn't reproduce this issue. Seems to be fixed.

Filed, but I think that's due to both boost 1.67 and boost 1.71 being
linked through dependencies. This might be resolved when the actual
rebuilds are done.

Not sure where the best place to fix this is. Boost's tribool now
requires explicit casts to bool and libzypp's tribool is just a typedef.
So filed against zypper.
