Dear release team,

I would like to ask a transition slot for the collada-dom library. Upstream published a
new version with a soname bump and we have done also a package name change in terms of
coherence. The affected packages (2) can be build without any problem with the new
version but needs to change the name of the package build deps (if not FTBFS).
