build it on that arch.

Nothing went wrong.  Your sponsor needed to upload the binaries for
review in NEW, and Excuses would tell you:

Not built on buildd: arch amd64 binaries uploaded by kilobyte

In this case, all that is required is a rebuild, as you requested,
which I have scheduled.
If this package had arch: all binaries, a source-only upload would
have been needed.
