Most rdeps built successfully, two FTBFS due to unrelated issues as summarized below.

oasis3 (3.mct+dfsg.121022-13) FTBFS (#949134)
pyferret (7.5.0-2) OK

oasis3 & cdftools got fixed, and the latter finally migrated to testing
completing this transition.
