That is mostly because they have not been settled 100% yet.

I am not so much into internals of md, but our freeze_policy page is
currently written in markdown and contains the dates in human readable
strings in several places. I don't have the energy to work on the right
logic that just for this purpose.

Aha, I missed that one.

Maybe we should just add this to our wiki list of stuff to do during the
release period.

Let me try to come back to this bug when we have communicated the dates
and provide a prototype so we can see if it works.
