In that case, there should be three separate p-u bugs. There are a
variety of reasons why we might end up releasing some combination (but
not all) of the packages in a given point release and we need to be
able to track the status of each individually.

Depending on the size, could we have - to the relevant of the cloned
bug set - source debdiffs, or at least binary debdiffs between the
current stable packages and the proposed uploads?
