On August 23th, ghostscript 9.28 went into unstable that caused issues with math
formulas in HTML documentation generated by Doxygen. Latest version 1.8.16-2 of
the doxygen package has fixed Bug#947121. Please schedule rebuilding every
package dependent on doxygen-latex at build time and that was uploaded from
August to today.

Hi,

Thanks for the request. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do binNMUs
for architecture all packages - they are rejected by dak to avoid
accepting broken packages.

The current binNMU methods assumes arch:all is never binNMUed, which is
visible in form of the ${source:Version} dependencies (among other).
For many source packages, this will cause some of their binary packages
to become uninstallable, which is an RC bug in itself (and one of the
reasons for dak to reject these unconditionally).

Currently the only solution are uploading a new version of the affected
packages (even if only a simple upload that only bumps the version).

Thanks,
~Niels
