Could you also add a binNMU for gimagereader?

nmu gimagereader_3.3.1-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild to get rid of libenchant1c2a dependency"
dw gimagereader_3.3.1-1 . ANY .  -m 'libgtkspell3-3-0 (>= 3.0.10-1)'
