That is way way too much so short before the planned release date.

I still fail to see why you needed to "fix" this papi bug in pcp (with
the "fix" being removal of papi support). There was no risk of papi
getting autoremoved, there were different people pinging the rc bugs
frequently to reset the timer.

PS: The 4.3.2-1 changelog entry contained no details on debian/ changes
in the pcp package at all - besides the Uploaders update that was not
included in the package
