I may be missing something, and I'm not fluent in symbol generation, but
shouldn't these symbols be marked as private then? Doesn't exposing
internal symbols mean that other software can use them.

I also think the version is wrong. It should be 0.14.1-9~ if I am
correct. The version here is suggesting that these symbols were already
present in version 0.14.1-8 which isn't true.
