I've just uploaded 1.0.4+dfsg-1 to unstable. The debdiff is the same to the changes proposed previously. Plus, julia-doc (arch=all) needs a maintainer-upload rebuild against new unicode-data since binNMU doesn't deal with arch=all packages. And this is the maintainer upload.
