No worries, I know you've been doing lots of work during the freeze, and I noticed that you also proactively unblocked some of my packages, thanks for that.
Please go ahead with the upload and remove the moreinfo tag once it is
in unstable and ready to be unblocked.
Unfortunately the package was removed from testing 5 days ago [2019-05-08], the freeze policy says that "packages not in testing can not migrate to testing¨.
Is this case different because the fix was ready before the package was removed?

I think I'm not in the salsa team yet, can you please take a look at this as well, so I would rather have the team's acknowledgment, this seems like an important package for you.
