node-unicode-data has one (build) reverse dependency: node-regjsparser.
This package has these reverse dependencies:
 - node-regexpu-core
   +-> node-babel-preset-es2015
       +-> node-babel-preset-latest
       +-> node-babel-preset-es2015-loose
   +-> node-css-selector-tokenizer
       +-> node-css-loader
   +-> node-buble
       +-> node-rollup-plugin-buble
           +-> rollup

So this unblock will require also an upgrade of node-regjsparser
