nmu sa-exim_4.2.1-18 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against exim4-localscanapi-3.1 (exim 4.93)"

Hello,

please binNMU sa-exim to make it installable again.

exim 4.93 broke the local_scan exim and therefore the localscanapi
version was bumped. ZThis bump happened in RC5 after sa-exim had
already been updated for the API changes.
