In this case, I'm reluctant to do this. What is really needed here is an
upload of the newer version to unstable. If nobody is willing to work on that,
I don't know if we can keep php7.3 in bullseye.

If there is an indication that a new upload is coming (fairly soon), and that
this is a temporary workaround, that might be a different situation.
