Dear Release Team,

I think it's time to upgrade OCaml to 4.08.1.

It has been uploaded to experimental, and builds fine on all release
architectures. [1]

Most of reverse-dependencies recompile fine with no changes (on
amd64). [2]

Bug reports have been (or will be) reported for the few packages that
need action. [3]

I will take care of the necessary binNMUs.

Ben file:

title = "ocaml";
is_affected = .depends ~ "ocaml(-base)?(-nox)?-4.05.0" | .depends ~ "ocaml(-base)?(-nox)?-4.08.1";
is_good = .depends ~ "ocaml(-base)?(-nox)?-4.08.1";
is_bad = .depends ~ "ocaml(-base)?(-nox)?-4.05.0";

Cheers,

Ocaml migrated last night, so closing this bug.
