Bug#945309: RM: node-roadrunner -- ROM; not used and unmaintained upstream

This package has low popcon (6) and is not used anywhere in Debian.
When the ITP (https://bugs.debian.org/846218) was filed it was required for yarnpkg, but they dropped the dependency:

Also duck reports that the upstream repo is gone:
https://github.com/kittens/roadrunner
also the repo currently pointed at by npm regstry is gone:
https://github.com/sebmck/roadrunner

The maintainer is the Debian Javascript Maintainers team of which I am part of.
My intention to remove it was announced in the team mailing list about 3 weeks ago:
