picard currently crashes when launched with a Spanish locale after
opening the "About" dialog. This crash is caused by an error in the
Spanish translation. (see #941464)

I have uploaded picard 2.1.2-1+deb10u1 which addresses this issue by
applying upstream's fix which also includes updates to the Finnish
translation. The debdiff is attached.
