nmu sundials_4.1.0+dfsg-1 . ANY . experimental . -m "Rebuild against libhypre (=2.18.2) - see libhypre README.Debian for more details about the new ABI plan."

Hi Release Team

libsundials in experimental is currently uninstallable due to the packaging
change that the libhypre maintainers made in reaction to the less-than-ideal ABI
stability of upstream libhypre. Can libsundials be rebuilt against the new
libhypre (I think I did this correctly, but this is my first binNMU, so let me
know if I did anything wrong).
