Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: transition I would like to request a transition slot for cfitsio, changing the library name from libcfitsio7 to libcfitsio8. The API has only been extended, not changed, so I don't expect any big issue. Due to a mistake on my side with sbuild, I wrongly uploaded the package to sid instead of experimental. The distribution in the changelog is experimental, but the one in the changes file is sid... Sorry about that. If it is not possible to proceed with the transition in the next days, I'll just reupload the previous version with +really to sid. Ben file: title = "cfitsio"; is_affected = .depends ~ "libcfitsio7" | .depends ~ "libcfitsio8"; is_good = .depends ~ "libcfitsio8"; is_bad = .depends ~ "libcfitsio7"; -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)
