What environment were the amd64 packages that you uploaded built in?

Compared to the packages currently in buster, they end up with several
new dependencies:

Control files of package libsixel-bin: lines which differ (wdiff
format)

The package in unstable also does not have any of those dependencies,
nor does a rebuild in a newly-created buster chroot.
