Apologies for the delay in getting back to this; partly I was hoping 
there'd be a follow-up to Paul's mail.

Could we have a diff of the proposed upload for stable, please? 
Unfortunately the original diff for unstable is not directly suitable, 
as it bumps the dh-cargo build-dependency to a version higher than that 
in buster.
