The acme v2 protocol is gonna stop accepting plain GET requests as of November 1st, this will make buster's acme-tiny stop working.
I applied an upstream patch to fix it, it's just a switch to use signed requests, support was already in there.
More detailed information:
https://github.com/diafygi/acme-tiny/issues/226
https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/acme-v2-scheduled-deprecation-of-unauthenticated-resource-gets/74380
This update needs to be part of the first point release, I will upload as soon as I receive confirmation from the release team.
Thanks,
