Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org Usertags: unblock Please unblock package geophar due to changes in matplotlib, an deprecated class used in the previous release of Geophar is no longer supported. This class was imported needlessly in a Python source file, and I realized two days ago that the package Geophar was *not usable*, it crashes with an explicit error message pointing the class FigureCanvasQTAggBase. I filed Bug #930672, which is closed by the new release. Please, should I enhance the bug severity while sending this unblock request? Thank you in advance. unblock geophar/18.08.2+dfsg1-2 -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers stable APT policy: (900, 'stable'), (499, 'testing'), (400, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
