The next Firefox ESR 68 (about to obsolete ESR60 in October) will need rustc 1.34,
while buster currently has 1.32. This is against all freeze policies, but OTOH only
bumping to 1.34 in the first buster point release doesn't seem to buy us anything?

unblock rustc/1.34.2+dfsg1-1

Cheers,
