nmu cdebootstrap_0.7.7+b11 . ANY . buster . -m "Rebuild for change in libdebian-installer (v0.119)"

I don't know if this is the correct way, but cdebootstrap-static needs a
rebuild to pick up the change in libdebian-installer (version 0.119,
fixing #554444) and this is my attempt to request it.
