This package fails to build from source (#917738), and unlike with some
other openhft packages, I am not able to get it fixed. I’ve spent days
fixing openhft for Apertis, and my conclusion was that it’s not worth
doing so without getting the upstream to fix things for Java 9—11—12
first.

Unfortunately, removing this package means dropping
openhft-chronicle-queue and openhft-chronicle-network which transitively
depend on it, and also projectreactor and, if I don’t remove the support
for projectreactor in Spring, also libspring-java — but I do have a
patch to do just that.

I think this is moot now that openhft-chronicle-threads/1.1.6-2 is in
testing, right? Thus closing.

Paul
