OK, having some of the info included in those links in the changelog or in the
unblock request would have made things a bit easier. That said, it looks like
5.5-1 is acceptable for buster. So please go ahead and do an upload to
unstable, and remove the moreinfo tag from this bug once the package is in
unstable and built on all relevant architectures.
