Please go ahead with the upload of 5.0.4+dfsg1-1 ("option 1"), but set the
distribution to "buster" instead of "testing-proposed-updates".

Remove the moreinfo tag from this bug once the upload is in t-p-u.

P.S. In the future, please try to avoid uploading new upstream versions to
unstable that might not be suitable for testing.
