* Fixes for build profiles and cross-builds
* [x86] Disable a.out support as it's obsolete and a security liability
* [x86] Drop fix for #865303, which no longer affects Debian's OpenJDK
* [ppc64el] Disable PCMCIA, as it was never available on this platform
